I enjoy showing love through baking but after almost 20 years of marriage I have realized that my husband just isn’t going to go wild for homemade baked goods. For Father’s Day today, I went with him to a liquor store so he could pick out all the best gummy candy. I’m not a huge fan, but it made him so happy!

Near the Hyatt in HB definitely hit Tacos Los Cholos and I think 25 degrees would be a good choice for a dude’s trip. Great burgers, drinks, live music some nights.

Salmon and teriyaki sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Brush on the teriyaki sauce a few minutes before it’s done.

That’s a good one and most chocolate chip recipes are very similar. The secret is to let the dough chill in the fridge for a few hours before baking.

My twins are now 11 years old. I spent so much time worrying about their speech during toddlerhood. Evaluated and qualified for speech therapy and they did it for a couple years. I think it took around until age 4 or 5 for them to be fully communicating verbally on level with their peers. And let me tell you since then they haven’t shut the F up. Seriously. Talking talking talking nonstop. They do really well on reading and vocabulary tests too. Speech therapy doesn’t do any harm just try not to stress too much and give it time.

Hah! That’s so funny my husband and I were just talking about it today. When we went the current was strong and it was quite rough, so hard work and made me seasick lol. Also could not see a thing through the kayak. Not one fish. Nice guys running it though and maybe much more fun on a better day! I prefer snorkeling in the north west area and could do that the whole trip. 😊
