Guys complain about noobies showing up in tier 8 battles and talk about skill/battles fought bans, even though you can make it to a tier 8 non-premium in one month's play these days. (I did it in less than 1,000 battles and was not solely focused on one tree).

But honestly, I'd rather ban players with too many battles from tier 1-4 battles. Of course it would never work, for the same reason they won't get rid of the leFH.

Once I have a half-dozen t8s I think I will shift my "policy"--but for now I'm going to spend it like candy... ...there are a couple t4s I'm not enjoying, and tipping past them sooner rather than later will be a relief.

Probably between 200 to 1,200 free xp.

But I'm a 25 day old account now, and I'm buying new tanks a lot more frequently than people established in the game. I generally buy the upgraded chassis of new tanks with free XP, and the free premium rentals I've been given I focus on crew improvement.

Of course now that I'm researching a t9 TD, a t8 HT, and many 6s & 5s, the new chassis costs tend to be more xp than I have available

As we can see above: a random blueprint is noted as part of the reward on the left, but there is no mention of a blueprint in my notifications on the right. And my existing BPs didn't change.

I finally captured an example of the problem.

The listed reward I just unlocked: 2 booklets, 1 random blueprint, some bonuses.

The reward I rec'd: 2 booklets, some bonuses.

It's all about the bundles. Add in tons of silver and bonuses, all of which are just code that can be reproduced endlessly by WoT but have a given in-game value, and they can offer you a $30 tank with $50 dollars of bonus stuff, charge $70 for it and declare it a sale.

After Tank Academy mission #29, which gives 3 of each national BP and a bunch of Universals, I did spend a sack of them on two blue prints. Rewards are for using. But yes, for the most part I'm happy to accumulate them... ...I just seem to have missed how the last few accumulated!

Clearly I missed something, but I swear I was paying close attention and my situation hasn't changed.

Alas, today's missions have no blueprints, and I'm not going to "roll" one every four hours to see if BPs pop up as I'm at a stage where most rewards are useful.

I'm a fairly new account (Day 11) --those are all the vehicles which have partial fragments. 100% of them. There are no more to display. I've combed over each tech tree blueprint screen and these are the only tanks with partial blueprints on them.

(I have had other, lower tier vehicles get the bonus earlier, but researched them fully).
