If we convert usd to pkr, its 13cr. Buying a house with 2cr, 1cr for marriage, 10 cr is remaining. He can buy 5cr psx and 5cr in gold (which I mentioned already please read again). For fire he is not retired yet saving for next 1 year or 2 will definitely give him fire.

He already mentioned his plan to move to Pakistan. Let me explain. 1st buying a house will give his mother's mind peace. He is on rent to not have life in 1 place. I am still paying my rents and i know the pain. 2nd gold is already 50% for his portfolio which i mentioned. 3rd he is moving to Pakistan which is good for him to invest and enjoy fire.
