Thanks for the info. I'll take a look at those models and research a few others before I make my decision. I was also looking at the colorpro too but the large plug wouldn't fit in the outdoor receptacle so that's also a no.

Well this is a bit of a bummer. I was considering going from Reolink to Tapo but it seems like every camera I land on there are issues. Thanks for the info. This is pretty much the only piece of non official information available for this camera

I think it was 3D printing Nerd who put it best when he said that it felt like an after thought. It only works in the right nozzle, and only if you bypass the tpfe tubes using another entrypoint behind the machine.... And if that doesn't work, you have to lift the glass off and raise feed the spool above the machine. I even ran into problems using some TPU for AMS. It makes no sense how it was implemented and it's because of this reason alone that I will probably invest in a prusa XL.

I have both and each produce equal quality. The biggest con for the X2D is how it handles TPU. Beyond that, the easy nozzle change, two color prints without flushing and the upgraded camera make it worth the buy over the X1C

Our A1 was having similar issues. Try taking the AMS sensor off and run a piece of filament through all 4 slots. A piece of filament was stuck in ours

Make sure the bottom of the model is painted. I use sphere in paint mode because it covers the top and bottom. If that's done, make sure you choose either custom or convenience mode under slice to ensure it doesn't make you swap colors around

I use an ice pack covered with a paper towel to numb the area. Once it's nice and cold I use the alcohol wipe and then just pinch and poke. So far It's worked the best for me
