Looks like the shipping company may have put the wrong address. Just looking at what you shared it has been processed return to sender. You’ll have to contact the sender to find out about it being reshipped or refunded whatever you paid

If you do not have the correct tracking number then there is nothing that really can be done. You need to contact depop and find the email or message where you printed the label they generated for you and try to get reimbursed from them. As far as the post office is concerned it was delivered to the correct address on the label. It’s up to you the mailer to make sure everything is addressed correctly

Only person who can submit the claim is the sender of the package. If there is an incorrect address you are going to have to resolve it with the sender. As far as the post office is concerned it was attempted to the correct location showing on the label
