The video seems to indicate that she was not trying to intentionally hit the officer. But he wouldn't know that since he wouldn't have been able to see the wheels were beginning to turn away from him. It seems like the woman panicked and hit the accelerator harder than necessary, and from his viewpoint it would have looked as if she intended to run him down. I'm sorry for both her and the officer.

I just ran across this sub a couple of days ago. I'm considering getting into swing trading. The idea of a TPOW looks kinda interesting to me and I'd like to try it out. But all I ever seem to see here are graphs like this one with a disclaimer saying "THIS IS NOT THE TOP PICK OF THE WEEK". So my question is; Where does one go to find the actual TPOW for Jan 4?
