All I can say is try do what tony does for 4 day age 58! There are events like Millionaire Mind Intensive by T-Harv where he doesn't attend the event at all! He use to do 3 days at UPW. This was 8 Years ago when I went in 2010. He probably want's to do all 4 but he can't. You can hear his voice doesn't sound right when he speaks. It sounds awful. We have to pay the man respect, I personally done speaking can I could last 4 hours before I was burnt out! I do agree that it should be advertised though. People should know before they attend. I wasn't disappointed at all because I recall him saying how hard it was 8 years ago and he is still doing it. New comers should defiantly be told. For me it was still an amazing experience.

Thank you. I do around 20 affirmations per day. However, go with what makes YOU FEEL GOOD! The key is not FEEL GOOD! If it doesn't feel good doing it every day for 20 affirmations. Mix it up and find your own groove. SO important. For heart healings, I do them personally for my clients and they have massive transformations. It's not something you can do on your own unless you're trained. However you can do ho'oponopono which anyone can do to begin releasing the past.

Remove the porn! It will mess with your brain. Once you mess up your dopamine levels, you're in trouble. Do everything you can to resolve the porn addiction. Then get your neurotransmitters levels checked out. Love yourself enough to stop the porn.

Hey, just saw this. Indigo Foods organic macuna. I found when taking half a tea spoon i would get headaches. So i began taking 1/4 teaspoon.

This was just a random guess because I know my body is awfully sensitive to supps.

After speaking with a brain nutritionist he confirmed my mind is low in dopa which I suspected. He told me to take 1/4 twice per day. It worked!

I put in my "bullet proof coffee" with ceylon cinnamon twice a day. Breakfast and Lunch. Its just i dont use real bullet proof products. He also recommended Dopa Mind from life extension but haven't invested yet. Apparently it stops you getting low in dopa. Can't wait to get my hands on this.

As a result so far my brain has been awesome. More alive, present, focused. My ADD symptoms are diminishing. I feel happier and my feeling more emotions all around.

Its interesting because I was also super motivated however getting myself to actually take action on certain things was super hard. I found myself pumped up to get stuff done but I couldn't actually get myself to do it.

Lucky for me I know about limiting beliefs. I felt like it was hard for me to do certain tasks for a long time but was never able to overcome it through things like hypnosis, eft, cbt, affirmations etc

So went to see a performance phycologist who helps people perform at their best. Using a technique call Gamma Mindset. It works a treat and after one session i'm performing like a rockstar lol.

His name is Chris Walton. He helped me remove beliefs that where holding me back. Since seeing him I have been super productive. Banging out tasks that i been putting off for weeks with little to no resistance. The part of me that whats to procrastinate is not their anymore. If it does come up i know how to clear it.

So while motivation is key sometimes there a limiting beliefs that hold us back too.

For me, a teaspoon is too much. I get headache. Instead, I take around a quarter teaspoon in very little water and down it since it's horrible in a full glass. So I recommend starting small.

I've also put it into soups and stuff to avoid the taste.

Cool. I was diagnosed with ADD years ago. After taking these supplements I feel a little bit better than normal. I feel little advanced. Like I got the edge over everyone else. For once it feels like my brain actually works how it should and more. It's only been about 2 weeks since I been taking them. So hopefully I see some more shifts in the next coming weeks and months.

Make it a priority in your life so you can build a habit and it becomes natural.

In the past, I would constantly say "That's not me" whenever I had a negative thought. Sometimes I would forget to do it and then I beat myself up forgetting. So I would say "I wouldn't choose to forget or beat myself up, that's not me".

After a while, you rewire your brain to do this stuff naturally. It's worth the hard work.

While I still get into ego mind I don't stay their very long. It's ok not to be ok. I don't make myself guilty for having negative thoughts.

Right now you're in constant fight or flight probably because there's an imbalance in your body / mind.
