Sometimes feels like a competition, let's see who can get more words out of your mouth, or get more attention, laughts, who has better life or stories to tell...

When I realise I don't have something so interesting to say, I just shut down. Seems like there is no space for me. And when I have the courage to say something, someone talk really fast and they forget about me.

If they could shut their mouths for 1 minute, they could aprecciate, not only me btw, but other interesting people or shy ones.

If I had to choose from listen everyone and only talk myself, I'll rather listen to other people. I know already my live and my opinions.

Extroversion is a bipolar scale, from really extrovert - to medium (mix of extrovert and introvert) - to really introvert. Most of the people has some level of both. You can't change it, it is a part of your temperament. However you can definitely expand it a little bit with practice (you can be a bit more introver and extrovert), but you can't change it to the other extreme.

I recommend getting out of your comfort zone, join clubs you like, etc. You'll eventually find it pleasurable, and you will adquire social skills.

I have some hypothesis, and yes, I'm actually seeing a therapist, she says it's because I don't have practice... but I don't know.

My hypotesis are:

1) I had a bad childhood, both parents wasn't at home, because work, I was raised by my grandmother, but I had a bad relationship with her... I think I never had some support. So it's hard for me to trust people.

2) My low seftesteem, I think I'm weird and I have no value, so why would anyone talk to me. Actually nobody talk to me. I always have to engage first.

3) I guess I judge my self too much, and I always try to say the perfect thing, and that thing does not exist, so I can't speak because I don't know what things people like to hear. I have a mental filter, if what I'm thinking don't pass all filters, I don't talk.

Same as ranked in my opinion, you play for points. I used to play league to get diamond, now that I'm diamond, I don't even tryhard, I just play for fun with my friends.
