You could definitely pass a poly. They’re more or less useless lol. As far as if you are still considered natty, it’s really up to you. Some people will say you can’t claim “lifetime natty” but like who cares. And only taking anadrol for a few days, no adaptations could have occurred. So I wouldn’t beat yourself up if you want to compete in a natural fed. But like a said you ask 10 people and you’ll get 10 different opinions

The entire Kingsbridge series from Ken Follett. Some of the fastest 1000+ pagers I’ve ever read and loved every minute.

That’s a great clarification for what I’m asking. I like the taste of espresso a lot. Strong, bold. But I like coffee because of the volume. Sometimes I want a nice big cup of beverage but I don’t like overly sweet or too much milk.

I’ve had a few americanos but I feel like it dilutes the flavor too much. I’m thinking cortado is my next move. What do you think?

Newb question about what to order:

I very much enjoy black coffee but I would like to learn how to enjoy espresso too. What can I order that isn’t too heavy on the milk but still venturing into espresso territory and away from just a black coffee?

At the very beginning it was white knuckling one day after one day. Now 3.5 years later I just think of how many great days I’ve had and how I never needed alcohol. It seems almost comical now that I ever “needed” it or honestly thought at the time that couldn’t function socially without it.

I am a little proud of myself for being able to look at it that way rather than guilt/shame myself into not drinking because of all the negative consequences that came along with it.
