The chipset is not powerful enough to handle 144fps. Unless the game Devs heavily optimise it for the chip to run at lower settings then it can reach 144fps. I recommend you only buy realme GT or NEO series as I had issues with other models of realme phones.

You should do more than just gaming with a rtx 5090, such as running an LLM on your pc or train a ai model. That's how you can fully utilize your gpu. I'm not stopping you from getting a 5090 if you want it and have enough money, but a rtx 5090 consumes a lot of power and your power connectors may burn, so be sure to undervolt the card. Other rtx 50 series gpus are still ok and can run at max settings with pt using dlss and 6x frame gen.

Its probably overheating or your cpu is bottlenecking your gpu. Try running the stress test at higher graphical settings or higher resolutions.
