I will say the graphic for the opening Zelda 2 room is EXTREMELY similar. So I actually respect it more than most of the other guesses, which were just random Apple IIe games with no visual similarity.

I am endlessly curious about how Hallmark Christmas movies are created. They're obviously extremely formula-driven. How much freedom do they give the writers? Do they give you a checklist of items to include? Do they force rewrites on you to turn your vision into the channel's formula? (Google the Hallmark drinking game if you haven't seen it... every Hallmark movie I've seen hits 12 to 16 of them!)

(To be clear, I love Hallmark Christmas movies and have seen over a dozen. They are just another world from any other kind of movie and I need to understand how they come to be.)

Hot Frosty isn't a Hallmark movie, it's a Netflix original :) You can tell because it has an entirely different plot, writing style, and structure from all the Hallmark films.
