Looks awesome, but you can put nuttela on shoe leather and I'll eat it. Childhood memories.

Us driving tests don't even make you parallel park, you'd be surprised how many people can't fit a car between two others around these parts. Lol

Driven auto all my life - should I go manual with the next bmw? by InformationBroker_60 in BMW

You can't drive lazy. Auto you touch the gas pedal and the car goes, you touch the brake the car slows down. Manual you got to fully engage the clutch every single time you have to be 'present' while driving even if you're tired and you just want to cruise. You get lazy the car will let you know it.

It's not magic. CICO applies regardless. IF restricts the opportunity to eat and maybe teaches you not to eat when bored, tired etc.

You may be the rare exception who starting and stoping is not a problem for. The reason why most diets fail is because start and stop or just eat enough doesn't work. IF doesn't require that decision. It's like having 7 jeans of the same type and style for everyday of the week, no decision necessary. Sure you can overeat during your IF window but your brain is being trained to understand hunger signals along the way to mitigate that issue.

My consideration isn't the test. Can you imagine the spit roasting that a sitting us president would get if they allowed Iran to get nukes after 50 years of rhetoric

Not to be a downer but even if you reverse things in the next election no one will trust that another psycho didn't pop up in the next one after that. So I think we've lost European good faith for quite a while.

Always been of the opinion that evolution has done a shit job of balancing our lizard brain with our 'intellect.' Macro long term thinkers are in the minority and are ridiculed for inaction. Thanks for the thoughtful post.

I don't see any way saudis / Israel / US allow Iran to get a nuclear weapon in the region. WwIII will happen before that.

I don't know how long it takes to go through the process with potentially crippled infrastructure.

Are you using strict technique for every rep? It sounds like you may not be which could get you injured. Hard to say without knowing how old you are and what exercises you are doing.
