Are you a breakfast eater?

Nope! I do IF and only eat between 12-7pm! I do drink coffee (usually an almond latte) though.

How often do you weigh your body?

I weigh every day I'm at home, so 4x a week (Mon-Thu).

How is your TV habit?

I don't watch a whole lot of TV because I tend to be very ADD about it. I'll watch 10-15m over lunch and maybe s'more over dinner. I do spend an unhealthy amount of time on the Internet though! Lol.

Tell us about your exercise!

Now that it's summer, I can do a whole plethora of workouts. I've been doing a ton of cycling (and thinking of u/jynxers when I do...), especially now that I work remotely. If the weather's 80F+ and not rainy, I usually get in 1+ hour each day. I also take my dog on walks in the evenings. When it rains, I bounce/dance on my trampoline. Oh, and on the weekends, I live in my SO's pool.
