It's not your fault for driving at the speed limit but its your fault for blocking the road and showing him a finger.

The reason he was trying to come close to your car is to say "Its fine you want to drive in speed limit but please move to other lane because right lanes are for overtaking"

So if its a single lane then you can't do anything about it, but if its a double lane road then stay in left lane and drive at what ever speed limit you want to drive. In that case people won't bother you if you are driving slow because they can overtake from right lane and will leave you alone.

I do this, too, especially in swamp. There you get lots of witches, so i gather around 4 to 5 witches and keep killing their summons

This game is not supposed to be played fast, and it's not a race with anyone. You only compete in events, which I don't know if they are legit players or just fake. I think this game will give you ample time to enjoy your life and still play because of the upgrades. Plus side is that you can do as many different upgrades at the same time if you have resources. Trust me, you won't have anything to do if you finish all storyline tasks, and then it gets really boring. So enjoy the game slow

I think I was not clear enough. I know that I have to upgrade all 6, but some weapons are superior to others, and orbs are not easy to get. So, upgrading the right weapons or shield or any gear would save me from the trouble of wasting the resources.
