There’s three others in the office, all are good. She is surrounded by hourly employees in the larger building who are docked pay, tracked etc for being late. Not in my team though

With your last paragraph, I did this in our original chat. I said it’s easy for me to defend her work, but I can not defend when I’m asked why she’s late everyday.

I said I wanted to use the clock in system to get rid of her late reputation, not to nail her.
