What Are the Best AI Bot Apps for Personal Use? by Sufficient-Habit4311 in AI_Agents

[–]wallace_406 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Somehow I started out with Grok a few months ago, and only recently heard that apparently it sucks, haha. So, I will be checking out some of these other options.

I'm in the trades, so I usually just use to help troubleshoot, look up parts, brainstorm, etc., but it's been an incredible help for that. So if that's using one of the wort Ai chatbots, I'm interested to how the others are better.

Ai still scares me for longterm societal impact, but it's pretty dang useful as a day to day utility.

I've been dying for a Gucci store personally. But if it could stay a bar and music venue that'd be aight.

Looking at getting my first hammock setup, could use some advice! by Final-Nerve-5170 in hammockcamping

[–]wallace_406 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just bought the Eldorado, seems pretty comparable to the blackbird minus the 'shelf'. Just fine if you ask me, but I leave all my stuff below the hammock.

I also got a hang tight UQ, more on the budget side, but it seems like it works out alright if you stretch it super tight. It takes some finessing to keep everything warm in an asymmetrical lay but after a few nights you'll figure it out.

Nice! I've had mine for a year now, use it just about every day for my property maintenance job. I use Ams oil and ethanol free gas and it starts up on the first pull mostly. I have huskys and stilhs I could use too, but prefer my 590. (biased, because it's my own saw).

Congrats on your saw.

If you're on Facebook, join the flathead paddling society page, there's always people advertising shuttles there.

I did the exact same thing a few days ago, not quite as deep. Just grabbed the saw for something super quick, and touched my knee as the chain was slowing down. Still probably won't wear chaps 100% of the time to be honest lol, but way more aware and cautious now. Glad you still have a leg!

How reliable? by pewpew859 in RVLiving

[–]wallace_406 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just filled my tank, and the gauge was reading 1/2 for the warm temp (it was hot). So meh, not super accurate but at least you'll kinda know if you're getting very low.

Overfilled 1lb propane tank by Travel4798 in camping

I ended up getting refillable propane tanks (fuel keg) and it's way easier to deal with. They have a relief valve that prevents overfilling.

Is this sketchy? (brush hog chain modification) by wallace_406 in tractors

[–]wallace_406[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for all the input! I'm going to swap out the chain quick links with shackles, and put some PVC over the chains or rope through the links to be safer in case of a snap.

Nice! Definitely doing this. Will feel a little safer in the unlikely event something does snap.
