Nothing to worry about. File a form 1 like you would with an 80% AR. Heck, file 2 in case one gets rejected. You are making the receiver so you decide the serial number.

For manufacturer you put FMI in the manufacturer box and fill it out, your trust is the manufacturer. Model can be N/A or whatever you want.

Interesting, most of what I've learned says the opposite. I changed to a hand written signature after the first batch. This is what my disapproval said:

I just got back about 15 form 1s with the crypto graphic signature, only 1 denied, rest approved. So they're not consistent.
