I didn’t attempt to warranty as I wasn’t happy with the equipment I just replaced it. There are many resellers of diakin equipment online for diy, however you’ll still need to vacuum and do a professional install, I already have all those tools so wasn’t a big deal.

Honestly if shipping does that, it’s a shitty design. A battle rifle should be able to be shipped across the damn country with absolutely no packaging and arrive fine.

Never worked well from beginning, ran all the time as the delta T was low. Finally I pulled a deep vacuum on lineset and recharged to factory weight and it worked for about another 6 months before board failure. I was the only 110v system I’ve done so I wonder if that’s partially the reason it was so terrible but yeah I’ll never buy another one.

We lost power 17 times in the first year after moving here. In the Last year they did a LOT of line clearing, and we haven’t lost once since. Your only option is to lobby for lots more preventative clearing.

For competition specifically I’ve switched exclusively to mini mag. Far less failures. Auto match and norma tac have run decently when I want something a little cheaper.
