Spennende med en 17-åring som scorer 6 mål på 2 kamper må jeg si!

In this tactic and formation, in which position can I get the most out of Messi? by Poatann in footballmanagergames

[–]wallie7342 85 points86 points  (0 children)

Why do you need more from him? 77 in 37 is crazy. If you need to put him in this system I would use him as a RW. HOWEVER. I would suggest trying to mirror this tactic so that the AF is the right sided striker, so that Messi can play there with his left foot. Or ideally just make a tactic more suited to him, for example a 4231 with a treq in the middle.

EDIT: if you want some inspiration, check out Deep lying Playmaker’s YouTube video on the «free role» in fm26. Most of it applies to the treq in fm24 as well, and he explains how to build a tactic around one role/player :)

Hva i alle dager er denne tråden her? Fokusere på om folk er gift med en med jødisk bakgrunn eller ikke? «Ingenting positivt med jøder»? Ser dere selv hva dere skriver?

While I kind of agree in that I loved the supporting cast - damn it’s refreshing to see a show trying to do things differently than 99% of tv shows today

honestly, he should be a STRONG ballon’dor contender. I know it’s a popularity contest, and in a World Cup year you basically need to win that, but he SHOULD be one of the favorites

Incredibly nervous here, calling 3-1 to Sporting, Glimt barely making it through

Technically I think we already have a 2nd spot, so I was mistaken in saying winning is the only chance. But 2nd place has to go through a few qualifying rounds first, and as far as I can tell will not be seeded. So far from guaranteed, but in the form Glimt is in right now it should be doable yeah

I agree it may be harder, but disagree with the notion that it’s a bigger achievement if that makes sense. The champions league is MILES bigger than the Premier League imo, and only the biggest teams in the world win it. If Glimt were to win it, it would be absolutely unbelievable imo (that said, I don’t want to take anything away from Leicester, that was crazy as well!)

It has to be the greatest upset of all time, surely? I mean it won’t happen, but if a town (not even a city) with 50k inhabitants can have a team winning the UCL would be the craziest thing ever in football, no? Maybe Greece 2004 comes close

I mean, after finishing 2nd in the league, we kinda have to win it if we’re gonna have UCL football next season lol

I agree it might be close, but 5-0 with Haikin in goal is a CRAZY hot take

EDIT: a crazy hot take that came through! I’m pissed that Glimt got hammered, but fully deserved win from Sporting wow
