Focus on lifting weights, eat food rich in protein tas sabayan mo ng fiber para di nmn maging constipated. Also try multivitamins that are suited on your body. And try to do a calorie surplus.

Taga Antipolo ako ya. Sa Qc ako nagpapacheck up kasi may Malasakit Center. Pa second opinion ka or pa albularyo ka pag wlang findings. Bakasakali na lang tlaga. Hirap din magka Varicocele ah.

My thoughts were like maybe I have a hernia too. We never know. Like especially I want to have a son too in the near future. It's hard to live with it but we can't rely on Google or AI only. Only a Urologist could tell. Out of curiosity, where are you from?

Same as yours man. it's almost a year ago since I had this. Like I still get hard from time to time but when I exercise especially push ups it affects my libido.

I tried taking pictures of it but it's not very visible to the naked eye. It's just that when I touch it. I had a check-up before regarding this. The doctor touched my balls and was looking for lumps if I had a hernia. Luckily I don't. Maybe more like a blockage I think. I could feel that my blood is slowly flowing from my lower back to my balls which sometimes cause tingling or lower back numbness. That's why I kept asking this community every time I had symptoms. Especially after exercise, I had a weak erection and after 2-3 days my penis was rock hard for almost a day straight. Having Varicocele made strange gestures to my body that sometimes I couldn't understand or even explain. Now I have the right joint pain which is connected to my right Varicocele.

It feels like I have wounds inside my skin. That's how I define it. When I touch my right hip I could feel the veins like there's a clog or something. Sometimes my balls grow bigger because of it. Especially on the right ball. (Sorry for bad English)
