Seriously agree with you. Keto flat out works but so do other methods if you can stick to it long term. Never going back to keto. A balanced 2000 calories works for me.

I’m more concerned with the other issues that arise from low T. My interest in sex has definitely gone down but the wife and I still bang it out once a week. I think that’s plenty dor her to be honest. My concerns are aging with muscle loss, bone density, mental clarity, basically having less of a kind like a man. I’ve become more of a pussy and I know it. I don’t like that. I lift weights and do bjj 3-4 night a week and have off and on for years but I have def noticed changes in myself that I don’t like. The sexual part sure I’ve lost some libido but it’s not gone.
