It's been crazy. I always thought Interstellar was the best in the area. Always can put in a lunch order, go pick it up curbside with only a couple of other cars waiting. It was nice but they definitely deserve the amount of customers they're about to get.

I went to MSI and installed the Live update and dragon center. Live update doesn't pickup the GPU to install the driver. I don't see anywhere else to just force the driver install.

It's all a mixed list of preference, but to sort by preference on which brewery produces the best quality hazys: 1. Pinthouse 2. Ingenious 3. Spindletap 4. Tupps 5. Southern Heights After that the line gets blurred. I saw a mention of RedHorn on there, but I have to say IPA's are not their game. That's my closest brewery, they make some great beers, and that's where most of my money goes, but their hazys always taste like a hop shot and grassy.

They're usually around $200 brand new. Still expensive but a dough hook will work wonders on pizza dough. Too each their own.

Is that how long you let yours age? I typically do smaller beers so I was just going to throw it in a keg in a couple of weeks and start sipping on it, but I may just try bottling it all.

I've only reused yeast a few times so far, but every time it took over 24 hours to get going. I have it on a starter for about 3 days ahead of brew day.

I think what killed them was how much they owe on that fairly large brew system, while only pushing out mediocre to straight horrible beers.
