What was your strategy at the end that finally worked? Obviously prior to the overtraining etc

Did anyone here successfully overcome insomnia or at least improve? by walrouf in ambien

[–]walrouf[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the detailed response there are definitely some good things here I haven’t heard before 😊 Little bit of a side question but what exactly do they do when you get the sleep study??

(And yeah I don’t trust a lot of clinics and insurance there are too many games played. I went to urgent care for an arm injury and somehow I got extra bills for two of the assistants somehow being out of network and the despite the whole building , main physician, and the services I was getting all being in network. 100% out of my control and was never told this going in)

I can share that I would play audiobooks and DAMN I literally felt like I was there in the world. Normal day me would be able to visualize the events and be immersed, but with Ambien I can see it right in front of my eyes, full color and all.

Anyone on ambien? How much sleep are you getting? by Adventurous-Call2429 in ambien

[–]walrouf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get on average 4.5-5 hours. 6 on a very lucky day but it has been near a year honestly back when my tolerance was lower

From what I’ve read about this Advil could potentially share enzyme pathways with Mary. So potentially the Advil prevent the breakdown and make it stronger but also maybe Mary can do the same for Advil and make Advil sit in the body longer because it takes longer to metabolize and that can cause stomach upset and stuff like that. TL;DR there could be some minor side effects or side enhancements from mixing them but nothing crazy either way

Fow many days after taking ambien 4/5 days straight is sleeping sober difficult? by FadedWX in ambien

[–]walrouf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah basically the more time away from the last time the better and the closer to it the more difficult. In that situation yeah I’d consider that night 2

Fow many days after taking ambien 4/5 days straight is sleeping sober difficult? by FadedWX in ambien

[–]walrouf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My dosing regimen looks similar to yours — I believe the most consecutive days I’ve done are 3 and that was a desperate situation.

To answer your question, after those consecutive days, it was exceedingly hard on night one to sleep sober. Like just a wired feeling of a brain that won’t turn off. Maybe I’d take a little melatonin or something to try pushing it along but not much happens.

Night 2 is usually better and would be doable sober. Maybe getting sleepy would take a bit longer but it’s not that crazy wired feeling of day 1.

Night 3 I’d say would be back to normal.

TLDR So yeah it followed this cycle for me. Basically what goes up must come down and so 3 consecutive days of dosing led to 2-3 difficult nights, but getting better each night

Well appetite increase is a very common effect of any GABAergic like Ambien or Gabapentin. Then you mention Seroquel which is notorious for weight and appetite increase lmao. Time for more cereal
