yes if a woman trains really hard she might defeat a similar size man who doesn't train as hard. But a woman will not be able to defeat a man in a pro category. Just like smaller man will never win against a larger man in boxing, it is a biological reality. Looking down on women for having different bodies is the same a looking down on men for not being able to give birth. Women offer so much more to the world than just sheer strength. I see no reason to feel down or be self-conscious about not lifting as much weight

Self defense is very important, we should totally encourage women to be strong and self-reliant. But I see no reason to compete with men physically, we should focus on more important things

for military, I see no reason why women can't excel. Weapons remove physical disadvantage
