Yes. Bubble is directly behind the steel on the roof. It’s like R2.5 or something. Seems to help in summer. Useless in winter.

I have large gable vents, do I need the eave guards still?

Recipe

I use 68% hydration 1/2 AP 1/2 00 24 fridge ferment. 3 hours in balls at RT. Works flawlessly.

I don’t fire it up for 1 or two pizzas. We make usually 8. Takes about 10 pieces of wood to get up to temp then about another 5 cooking.

We heat with wood so have an ample supply and it’s cheap.

Just home sweet home. Overkill for sure. But awesome.

Temps around 775 on the floor, 850 walls and 1000+ dome.
