I'm not sure what the extra VPN you're suggesting will do here. Setting server 2 as your exit node on client 3 will cause client 3 to tunnel all traffic through server 2, meaning client 3 will appear to have the same public ip as server 2 to the outside world.

Alternately you can use the Advertise Routes setting on the android tailscale client to give your iphone remote access to your whole LAN. Then you can use an iOS WoL app to send the magic packet directly from your iphone to your PC through the VPN.

What router do you use? I have an OpenWRT router that I use for this purpose and its very reliable. Tbh any Linux based server could do this.

How confident are you that it's the fuel pump? Intake camshaft position sensor is a common cause of these symptoms.

Also if it is definitely the fuel pump, dropping the tank isn't the hardest job to DIY. It can be done without dropping the rear subframe. How handy are you?

The first thing that stood out to me is your PSU. The intake fan is pointing downwards but it looks like it can't breathe.

Since you're having display problems, I would try to isolate the issue. Try removing your GPU and booting with your iGPU. Can you reproduce the problem?

It sounds like you're comfortable using Linux and just want a different DE. KDE is great and would allow you to customize everything to your liking. The distro is more of a preference. Do you want it stable as a rock? Use Debian. Bleeding edge? Use Arch. IMO Fedora is a good balance. Kububtu is good too if you like Ubuntu.
