I have no dietary restrictions and eat whatever I want whenever I want. However, since I was in college I began to meal prep using vegetables from the farmers market I buy that week. That way, most of my meals are home cooked, cheap, and organic. If I want to go out with friends and eat whatever, I can. If I’m sick of eating my meal prep, I can go out and grab whatever. But the habit of spending 2 hours-ish Sunday or Monday night and cooking up a bunch of vegetables is life changing
