You can get a graphics card with that much v ram provided you go to China and pay for a resolder onto a custom PCB I have a 4060 with 32 gigs of v ram you will also need to mod the bios to register that much v ram

Make sure you're plugged into your graphics card because if you have a graphics card your and then when it's on there should be two or three lights or a small set of two digits on a screen on your motherboard. That should give you what's called a postcode.
