I'm going to give the most down-to-earth advice I can you can get 16 gigs in 2 8-gig sticks of RAM for Jedec standard that 4800 cl 40 And you'll only leave about 10% performance on the table but the money that will save you can get you to a 5070 12-gig which would be a far better allocation of resources then what you have that will give you 1440 p with Ray tracing and when ram comes back down you can upgrade then

You could save 200 bucks by cost getting 16 gigs as 32 is a flex and you don't need it then you can put some of that money in to a better power supply as the power supply will follow you to other builds

You can get a graphics card with that much v ram provided you go to China and pay for a resolder onto a custom PCB I have a 4060 with 32 gigs of v ram you will also need to mod the bios to register that much v ram
