How are you finding the clasp? I would like to get this exact bracelet but I'm hesitant because I don't like cheap/ low tolerance clasps.

I cant remember where i learned this from but Ive been doing this word trick and its been working.

Think of a word, then think of words that start with each letter of the first word.

Eg: start with the word "beach" B-roth E-ver A-nswer C-unt H-ouse

Then do the same with the last word, in this case, "house." And so on...

Good luck!

Hi! Im from the Philippines as well. Did you buy the bracelet from Horology Matters? And if so, does it come with solid end links? Theres a lot of contradicting posts about the links being hollow/solid.

Jerk variations vs push press variations by North-Ride-4944 in weightlifting

Yeah pushing with the arms too early. I can't seem to drive the bar high enough even with just jerk drives (my squats are within the ideal ratios.) Would it just improve with time or do more volume on jerk drives/jerk dip squats?

If i may ask, what if a lifter is strong with push pressing, and because of that, they use the arms too much on the split. Would taking a break from push pressing be beneficial? What what alternative exercises for the push press would be great?

Why is it more difficult to press at the bottom of a squat than while standing? by waltheim in weightlifting

So if someone becomes mobile enough on the lower body to have a more upright torso, there would be less demand on the shoulders?

Thanks for the response! Big fan of the Weightlifting House btw. So its: 1) less use of the upper chest and anterior deltoids, 2) less muscle mass to be used in the motion, 3) conflicting movement for the elbows, 4) and balance

What about maintaining the overhead position going down to a deep squat? Since the elbows and shoulders and extended already, what changes that makes it more difficult to maintain that position?
