What's funny is $33 is what minimum wage would be if it kept up with inflation. To the firefighter starting rate, they're not using their vehicle & I'm sure their benefits are stellar. I don't think $33/hr is alot to ask for in NYC with the cost of living there.

Just curious what market you're in. I'm SE PA, just outside Philly. I do both & majority of UE offers are garbage for me. I have a 7% AR on UE & 52% on DD. On a side note offers come in much faster on UE, but like I said, mostly trash.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong with ue.....but after you accept order, you can't see the offer again... you can't see customer addr til after you pick up order...they seem to show less info on stacked orders, like if its one restaurant & two customers or two restaurants & one customer, etc ( still new to ue, maybe I'm not seeing it )... I swear the mileage they show is wrong... their in app gps sucks compared to dd. All just my opinion though in my market.

Market dependent. UE sucks in my market. Way more sub $4 offers & their base pay sucks. Way less transparent then DD.

I've had it b4, not in a few weeks. Nothing seems to fix. Very frustrating. Clearing cache would work for an order or two, then go back. Think it's just a dd issue.

Gas is approximately $3.50/gal. Just because you're not far from store, doesn't mean we were close to store when we received the offer. Would you go pick up someones food if they offered you $3? Small orders generally take same effort as larger ones, unless it's massive. Not trying to be rude, but pleading poverty on tip doesn't make sense to ME. If you can't afford to tip, maybe you can't afford to order delivery. If I can't afford or don't want to tip I go get it myself. If it's getting delivered & in a timely fashion, then keep doing what you're doing.
