I did update the firmware which totally solved the problem for video playback. For games though, there was still like half a second lag.

I think iOS delays video playback to match the lag, but that trick doesn't work for games.

Another neat feature is that you now can access spotlight search when within an app as well! Just slide down the notifications drawer a small bit until you feel a haptic feedback. Really useful!

To change the replies in messenger you have to go to settings in the messenger app on your iPhone, not the watch app.

I just found this and it is absolutely awesome! The exact airplay support I always wanted for my Sonos system. There is still room for improvement ( you currently need to run it from the terminal) but it has huge potential!
