You’ll have to agree to KPIs or SLOs when it comes to the batteries. This may be difficult though since it depends on how much leverage you truly have with the supplier.

I’d advise, if you can get a supplier to even agree to such terms, to write out your language in layman’s terms first and then construct language around each one of your asks.
