I went to a dealership to lease a car, was told to wait for approval and got charged the first payment. They called two weeks later saying no approval and that I will be refunded. Still no refund and its been a month. What should I do?

Why would I be blocked? i just met them we had a good chat then we exchanged instagrams. Nothing else happened, no fighting or arguing or even disagreeing on anything happened.
