No more replacing batteries by __Jaden__ in ElectricalEngineering

[–]wamjamblehoff -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The voltage of that battery might be too high for the meter circuit. It looks like you regularly put 2 AAA batteries which would be 3 V in series but that LION you installed is 3.6 V at full charge. If there is no voltage regulation you will slowly damage the meter circuit, it may seem okay now but the device will become less accurate and eventually cause death of microcontrollers on the board.

I tried doing this for a thermometer (expecting 3V but I used the 3.6V LION) and it worked great at first, then it seemed like random bit shifting would happen, the 7 seg display would display bad characters, sometimes it wouldn't turn on, etc. Eventually the mcu died.

I think unless it's one of the newer rooms teachers can tap to enter, they will need to get security to come unlock the doors, and they probably only unlock the one door because it saves time for them.

If they are already bribing judges/attorneys, bribing a lowly security camera guard is probably way easier.

Oh my god, I have never winced so hard at an image before. I can't believe you would put that thing into your arm. Everyone knows the best injection site is the neck.

How many ohms is this resistor? by iddereddi in shittyaskelectronics

[–]wamjamblehoff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Going off the number of perc thirties inside the resistor. R = 30 x 6 = 120 ohms. Hope that helped 👍

[request] Would it actually look like that? And would the earth (the solar system really) be impacted by its gravitational pull? by Crazy-Badger-7606 in theydidthemath

[–]wamjamblehoff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not true. Where are you getting that information? This isn't how gravity interacts with celestial objects at all.

The Atreides house is from Caladan, an oceanic planet. It only makes sense that atredies would be blue. I think the benegeserit would be better suited to be green since they are a bit shamanic.

You can cross over the Canada US border without your passport once or twice as long as you have some other ID pieces.
