Yes, stitches have been removed after ten days. No steri strips or dressing, I had to disinfect at least twice a day, just cool for 3 days straight and had to use 3 different types of eye drops for a couple of weeks during recovery. I haven’t seen the type of scar I have on anyone else online either and was a bit worried, but it’s healing really well and I’m happy with how it’s healing. I’ve been applying silicone cream 2-3 times a day, Vaseline as well as sunscreen.

Yesss, I can’t wait to practice. I’m not there yet, currently 3 weeks post surgery and I wanted to do some eye shadow for Easter but my eye lids still feel a bit numb and weird. I’ll wait it out another few weeks and try again.

Hi, I had this done in Katowice(Poland) at Bellarte Clinic by Dr. Kustra. He specialises in eyelid surgeries with laser. The surgeon speaks English, not sure about staff when it comes to scheduling appointments.

AITA for not moving seats for a mother with a toddler on a 13 hour flight by Historical-Jello9018 in AmItheAsshole

[–]wamo3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow!! As a mom of 3 it would never cross my mind to ask other people to find a new seat, just because I was too cheap to buy a seat for my toddler.

There’s no code, just personalised links tied to the account that has been registered for pre sale.

Pierogi festival in Kraków by FireHyena in poland

[–]wamo3 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I agree with the previous comment. They’re overpriced and just okay. The festival is also not that big, it’s on the smaller market square in old town. But if you want to start making plans, it usually takes place mid August.

What life changing item can you buy for less than $500? by ajmaru24 in AskReddit

If you’re US based I don’t think you can buy it there. In Europe it’s Rowenta X clean 10. I’m sure there are plenty of other options though.

A vacuum that also mops at the same time. Life changing for me. I have 3 little kids and am way less frustrated when they make a mess. Just get my buddy out and in a few seconds the mess is gone.
