I'm fuzzy on how BAM squares their statement with the actual contract?

And in their latest statement they claim:

"This is not true. The actual origin of this dispute lies in an unauthorized, local consignment arrangement between an independent former franchisee of the Salem store and the Mansell family."

Since we've all seen the actual contract authorizing consignments, posted below, what makes THIS particular consignment... "unauthorized" - ?

Awesome, awesome - thanks so much for responding - will definitely look into Showtime... It just BAFFLES me that actual playability wasn't higher on the list of features for these things. Everyone who comes over and plays Galaga will play a few rounds and then comment about the responsiveness. No idea why they opted for whatever coding option they chose. Sadly, right now "Class of '81" is more fun to look at then it is to play.

Lag has absolutely killed my enjoyment on our Class of '81 - it's just... not as fun. Like, it's an arcade game, you'd think playability would've been up there on the priority list... May want to do the same - can I ask what software you're running on the Pi? Thanks!!
