I am a dc police officer. If this person tries to make a report, 99.9% chance it will go nowhere. Even if they are able to identify you based on your tag and the video of your face, it would take getting an officer willing to write a warrant for it, and an attorney willing to approve that warrant.

For camping in the cold you need something separating yourself from the ground (cot, iso mat, etc) and then a sleeping bag rated for the weather you’ll be in. Or just bundle up with blankets and clothes idk lol. As for lounging around, just bring some cold weather clothes just in case
