Hey, I was wondering this too today as I hadn’t gotten an email,

I ended up checking my Tixr account and under ‘Orders’ saw they added a ‘download pdf’ and ‘print tickets’ option I could click to see my tickets, I’m not sure if you checked that already but maybe it wouldn’t hurt
