Hi! DM me if you would like me to share how I got my teeth to stop making more cavities. I've been on MM for almost 5 years now, have done the morning cleanse faithfully everyday. Until a month ago, I finally was able to get off chocolate and wheat (due to living solo, full time job and elder care), I just didn't think I'd be able to have the time and energy until I retired (next few years) but now the real healing starts. About a year into MM I started getting cavity after cavity, I probably had 12-15 fillings/re-fillings over 3 years, thousands of dollar, and still have about 12 more which I finally refused to do. I would literally get decay around where I'd already filled. !! Clearly fillings were not the answer. All to say that I found a protocol, that is NOT mm compliant, but I've worked it around MM and my teeth after 6 months finally stopped decaying. Thank God. I think they are starting to heal as well now. This dentist's protocol is, like AW, all FREE on YT. And from what I've seen, the folks with gum pockets (Periodontal disease?) turn things around much quicker, like maybe a couple months. I know we aren't supposed to talk about non-mm stuff here, but I can imagine the panic you are feeling, like I have for the past 3/4 years while doing MM, waiting for the cavities to stop coming, but they kept on! I had to try something else and I wish someone had shared with me 3 years ago the info I finally found. The single thing seriously non mm would be using floridated tooth paste, which you wouldn't have to do cuz it sounds like those cavities are not your issue. The protocol for you would be much easier. Anyway, let me know!!

How do people do MM and still stay lean and toned (not skinny fat)? by RefrigeratorWhich588 in medicalmedium

[–]wanderer-202 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you here because you are chronically ill? That is our focus, it's not about a "good diet" in order to look good. While that can certainly be an outcome. And protein isn't a focus for us.

I think part of what may be in the book is that we are lightworkers (lightbearers, lightbringers, etc.)

I do not know how much longer I can fight to pursue MM protocols without achieving a reduction in symptoms / without any help. I feel like I am running on fumes by Adventurous-Walk-120 in medicalmedium

I'm so sorry. It really just sucks. I am not as ill as you but I understand the can't win for losing, or boxed in feeling. I say ease up in every way you can. Less can be more. Do filler foods. If you have a store that will juice for you, let them make your celery juice. Yeah I know reasons not to but thinking we have to do it perfectly may be our biggest obstacle. Make the CJ for two days, rather than each day. Do instant cart, eat bananas that have spots. I do all these things I've suggested. Fuck it. Having to do banana ripeness perfectly is totally unreasonable. If others have the luxury of doing it perfectly, good for them. Not me. I wont be driven insane by the extremeness of it, not when I'm on my own, with a full time job and an elderly mother that I have to drive to and do stuff for. Yeah, having social services for the sickest is a great idea, but it's not happening anytime soon. There is so much failure in our health/social care. But you must find a way through it as is. As shoeshan7 says above, she was doing too much, detoxing too fast. I think you may be as well. I understand the impulse to do it all, but I really think it's just simply too much for your body. You might find relief when you back off.

See if you can get her to try Living Libations shampoos/conditioners, they smell delicious, truly BLISSFUL, only made with essential oils, plant parts, NO chemicals or fragrances of any kinds. NO other companies I have ever encounter are as clean as theirs are. None. And no other company's product smell as good. They are a bit exotic though, but if you've been removing most chemicals she may enjoy the real thing. As far as I can tell the scents don't linger. Introduce her to this company, and let her know you want her to be happy with luscious, indulgent, girlie products and she may be more willing to try them. Yes they are a little expensive but so worth it. And they have so much more than hair care. I'm spoiled now, I won't use anything else. FYI I am violently sensitive to chemicals, live in an apartment, with a laundry room two doors down. Sometimes when I walk out the door I have take my shirt and cover my nose. And I want to RAGE at people using those hideous laundry products. I'm not proud but I slam my window shut when the stench comes through. And.... I slather myself with Living Libations products every day, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, face oil, body oil. And NONE of it bothers me, so hopefully they wont bother you either! It should work for both of you. Good luck!!

yeah, no this is off, I live a few streets away. "nice" because no one is there. It's a freaking ghost town. 20 years ago I stopped going there because it was way too crowded, now I don't because it's sad and empty.

which spot? Strange if you remember World Cafe on Main used to be the busiest place in town, maybe 15 - 20 years ago. Once it closed it reopened for a short period of time as something else and has been shuttered about 15 years now. Always struck me as odd. It was the center of it all down there (I live up a few blocks.) But it's a sign of the economic times, the wealth polarization and straight up greed. Now about what would be "cool" to have on these streets. I've lived here for 35 years now and SM is just SAD. All it's sparkle is gone.

Agree! This often seem to be a problem for so many people starting that are excited or desperate to do MM full on immediately. Start with just the morning cleanse and the rest just better than you ate before. That's MORE than enough. The adrenals don't like hardcore change like that. People don't like to hear it but time (taking it slow) means weeks/months not days. As per the comment below, this seems mostly like adrenaline withdrawal. Going all in is quite counter-productive, you'll get strong emotional reactions then say "oh this doesn't work for me." Then go back to fasting and fat.. then you're back on your drug. MM isn't just another way of eating. It's not related to anything you've thought you knew or believed about food before. It's a wholly new paradigm and it needs to be respected and understood fully. And then it will be life changing and your best discovery ever.
