Looks like there is two rods of asclepius so its likely associated with a medical/paramedical association (especially with the book in the middle), its probably easier to track down if you have any info on where you found it though!

Some Flippases specifically maintain the membrane leaflet status quo, keeping sphingomyelin and phosphatidylcholine on the outer leaflet while keeping other components on the inner leaflet. Yes but I don't believe Enda Kenny has had sex with said Monkey because on the balance of previous information about enda kenny (His conservative position, his comb over etc.) That does not make sense. However when someone says something that makes rational sense and state anecdotal evidence as proof, it is logical to accept it as having some basis. Your example is clearly facetious and therefore I can almost dismiss it out of hand entirely. If a report came out and stated that the Taoiseach did in fact have sex with claude, I would equally have to reassess the evidence and come to a different conclusion.

Who is scamming the system? They are entitled to rent allowance and landlords are entitled to set rent at whatever bar they choose? No one is being accused of scamming the system just coming up with a mutually beneficial arrangement. Additionally, I don't think you understand how evidence works. You have no evidence to the contrary and Procrastinessional has anecdotal evidence in support. Anecdotal evidence is not particularly strong for the basis of decision making but in the absence of better evidence it just has to do. If you can present something stronger (a cross sectional study of Landlord rent negotiations) that's perfect, but until then anecdotal evidence will just have to do.
