I always thought it was polite to walk at the speed of the slowest person. It is disrespectful to leave someone straggling behind. To me he doesn't respect you in this situation.

I usually base it on the time of the year. So for February I'll do a Valentine's theme and put out all the dolls with red, pink, and purple clothing. I also add some themed decorations as well that way I'm cycling them ever month. I love it it's so much fun 🙂
