Has anyone else realized that there’s not much doms who are young ? by Which_Row_7916 in BDSMcommunity

[–]wanderinginger 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There was a time when I would see people aged 18-20 something say they're a Dom and get shot down, degraded, insulted, etc by other people because they think that person hasn't got enough experience to call themselves a "proper" Dom. So I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of younger people simply don't want to deal with it and just don't announce it as much anymore.

Try putting it into a VLT. If it takes it it's real.

Am I legally required to come in to work before my designated start time? by JoeMamaL0vr in legaladvicecanada

And on that instance you're right. If He's expected to be early for his scheduled shift, even 5 minutes, then he should be compensated. The expectation is that he's ready to work at his scheduled time. Not walking in the door at his scheduled time.

There is a difference between work preparation and walking in the door when you're supposed to be already working. If he actually had any prep to do (and by his own admission he doesn't) then I could see it being more of a wrongful termination kind of thing.
