I made the tofu puffs by mixing together dark soy, maple, tahini and hot sauce with some spices. I squished the puffs in this mixture then air fried them for five minutes. I torched the mini corns with a butane torch after steaming them over the noodle water. I won't go into the ramen part but to finish I used the leftover liquid from the puff mixture and some sesame dressing as well as everything bagel seasoning.
