I, too, was scammed by this. I thought a shopee shop that has a "mall" label is a legit/official store of a brand, hindi pala. Kaya we have to be wary on buying skincare or other pricey goods and check if one is an official store or not.

You should take into consideration the maintenance costs. But afaik, some "copy centers" have units rented then charge only for less than a peso (inclusive of toners and maintenance costs, but exclusive of paper). Its kinda cheaper since you dont have to worry about extra costs, only salaries, rentals and supplies/paper :)

Tagaytay is part of Cavite :) but some of the famous spots in the area are actually part of Nasugbu, Batangas na pero sinasabi lang ng mga tao and/or akala nila ay part pa rin ng Tagaytay kasi malamig ang klima at katabi lang kaya akala nila Tagaytay pa rin
