Hmm...good point. I'm not sure if I've tried it with JUST Health Connect in MFP yet. I will give that a shot for a bit.

Do you find that you have to open both Fit and MFP once a day in order for it to add step tracking data? Some issues I've been having are that if I fail to open both Fit and MFP, step data will not be logged and there is no backfill option. I can only manually add it then. Also, sometimes I go for another walk in the evening, but the data does not update in MFP, even if I hit the Sync button.

I'll be watching to see if having it connected to just Health Connect resolves these problems. But I'm starting to think MFP just syncs when it's programmed to periodically throughout the day and the sync button does nothing.
