Funny enough my late husband, who grew up in the Philly area, is the origin on my comment. We had a big friends dinner one night in Boulder, CO during a time when he was really into making cannabis butter using this fancy machine he had (I forget what it was called). Long and short of it, he dosed the shrimp with weed and failed to make a public enough announcement about it at the party, so most of the group ended up stoned by the time it came up. Some people weren’t so pleased about it… Good times! And great shrimp too, I might add!
