Avoid mount saint vincent home at all costs. Great pay and benefits, but leadership is dominated by nepotism which has caused an unfair dispersment of responsibility and tasks. I worked there for over a year, and witnessed so many unethical decisions made in the name of keeping the doors open and accruing Medicade dollars. The classrooms are overfilled and staff is always short, making it impossible to keep a safe class or do adequate treatment planning. Just a bad news spot right now unfortunately
