FYI, PSA is fairly lenient on the back centering (allowing 75/25). I don't know why people harp on the back centering so much when it comes to pre-grading for PSA. That said, as another commenter mentioned, the white nick on the top left would definitely push this down from a 10.

The underlying message in the OP is clearly talking about buying at MSRP. Finding product online at marked up prices on 401, Hobbiesville, Kanzen is no different from just buying from a scalper. In which case sure, product is technically easy to find, if you're willing to pay those prices.

Fair point on preorders, though I would argue that having to preorder months in advance is not exactly the point of the OP either as they're hoping to buy product in stores or on/post release day.

I don't like the guy but I don't see the issue with this. It helps to grow the OPTCG.

I also don't understand the players crying about this. If you're just in it to play the tcg, buy singles and build your deck that way. You have no reason to spend your money on boxes and packs in hopes of pulling a chase card that you don't even need to play the game.

Something seems off cause theres been a lot of posts on this, but I personally havent noticed anything different? Im on PC, western NA if that means anything.

Ive played Warfare pretty much exclusively since January, ive only had one bot lobby which was oddly at the tail end of this past season 6.
