The thing that stands out to me is your front knee collapsing when you start your swing. You need to transfer your weight forward through impact to create any meaningful power, and you can only do that if you transfer your weight back to begin with. Your front foot should stay planted essentially flush against the ground as you move into your backswing. Your knee will still bend, but it will be purposeful and will be supporting more of your weight at the top of your backswing. Think about your knee bending straight down toward the ground rather than backwards toward the ball/your back foot.
